Full geotechnical instrumentation — piezometers, settlement points, inclinometers, extensometers, embankment instruments.
Twin Cities · Apple Valley, Minnesota
Till, lake clay, peat, fill. We explore it, install the instruments, test it, inspect to the building code, and write the weekly pack — same Apple Valley office. Major contractors and public agencies first. Single-family drilling and exploration still welcome.

Who calls
We prioritize major contractors and municipal, county, state, and federal work. We still drill and explore for single-family homes and small builders while that work fits the schedule.
Contractors & public
Instrumentation, vibration and settlement monitoring, CMT, laboratory, and Minnesota Building Code / IBC Chapter 17 special inspections — including observation and documentation of pile, pier, and helical installations.
Homeowners & builders
Soil borings and test pits for home lots, additions, and small residential foundations. Same PE-led practice, same field crew, same Apple Valley office — classified at the hole, samples back to the same job.
Why the site calls
Whether it is a corridor subcontract or a single-family boring program, the recommendations and the field work stay with this practice.
The recommendations, the control plan, and the weekly pack come from the same PE-led practice.
You are not handed a rotating dispatcher and a different tech every pour. Field work stays with this office.
Borings through skyrise and bridge, full instrumentation, building-code special inspections, CMT, and the laboratory — same Apple Valley firm.
6950 146th Street W, Suite #100. Weekdays 8 AM–4 PM. Send the site to quotes@ during office hours — we read that mailbox the same day.
Capability board
Till · lake clay · peat · fill
Major contractors and municipal, county, state, and federal projects. The list is the work we perform.
We prioritize work for major contractors and for municipal, county, state, and federal projects. Special inspections follow the Minnesota Building Code (IBC Chapter 17 as adopted). GPR for concrete embeds and thickness is limited to 36 inches of depth. Ask the office which items a given job needs — this is not an accreditation directory.
Software of the practice
OneLog is the exploration software GeoServices built for its own borings, test pits, and rock core. Classification happens at the hole. It is not retyped into a spreadsheet after the fact. Product of the practice — not a substitute for the field work under Services.
